I want to thank the manager Fred Factor and the auto technicians at Murphy Sunoco for doing an excellent job removing and replacing my front wheel hub and bearing assembly on both sides in a reasonable amount of time, and also replacing the CV Axle on the front left side. They went out of their way and showed me why the work needed to be done. Great service.

I have used Murphy’s for the past several years for my NC State Vehicle Inspections. I am able to easily set up appointments by using their Facebook messenger app. The shop is extremely busy and they are not always in a position to answer the office phone line. Once you have your appointment they do a good job of expediting the state inspection service. They are the only gas station pumping the Sunoco 94 octane. Brought in my 07 Subaru Forester that was smoking from the engine bay. They were quick to find the issue, straight to the point, very fair with the prices, and fast to repair. They found an oil and power steering leak to be the issue and they even offered to power wash the oil and fluid that leaked all over the engine. If you’re looking for them to pass your older vehicle that has a check engine sign lit up don’t expect them to pass your inspection. But they are quick to charge you $22 for a failed inspection and then so kindly another $8 when you get your car fixed before you bring it back in.
